Pete Crutcher, a native of Williamson County, began his working career in farming at the age of twelve. Building on his knowledge of land and developing that he acquired through years of agricultural experience, he started Safety Fence Inc. in 1990 which is still operating today. While fencing some of the largest properties in Middle Tennessee, he developed deep relationships with landowners in the area. Pete’s entrepreneurial spirit was recognized by investor John Beasley and the two started Chapter 2 Investments in 2004 which marked the beginning of his real estate career. The following year he joined Clayton Real Estate Services, LLC in Brentwood, TN as an affiliate broker where he serves anyone looking for homes, land, or investment properties in Middle Tennessee.
